Today, the Keepers invite you to be part of that legacy. There are many ways to support Slip Point Lighthouse, from volunteering time, donating funds and materials, and helping spread awareness of its historical significance. Your time and gifts honors the keepers, the coast, and the stories that shaped this place. Because of you, Slip Point continues to welcome, inspire, and shine—for generations to come. See below on the several ways to help continue this tradition.
Volunteer Your Time:
- Sign up with Clallam County Parks to support regional efforts – Download a Volunteer Application, or visit the Clallam County Volunteer page.
- Join a Keepers’ work party—paint, plant, repair, restore
- Adopt a regular task: sweeping, weeding, greeting, or storytelling
- Volunteer in the office: help with mailings, data entry, or visitor coordination
- Offer special skills: carpentry, photography, writing, design, or grant support
